Step-by-Step: How to Participate

Visit a participating Prominent Homes Show Home between September 1, 2025 and November 30, 2025 and scan the QR code.
Use your mobile phone to choose a charity that you’d like to support.
1. Search for a charity by name or charitable registration number.
Complete your donation on the Goodness Giveaway platform to donate $10 of Prominent Homes’ money to your charity of choice.
Celebrate your impact! You’ve helped Prominent Homes give back and strengthen communities through your selected charity.

Official Promotion Rules

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, provincial, and local laws apply.
No purchase necessary.
Sponsor: Prominent Homes, 1638 10 Ave SW, Calgary, AB, Canada. Donations made by Goodness Giveaway’s foundation partner: Canadian Online Giving Foundation.
How to enter: Scan the QR code in any participating Prominent Homes Show Home, and complete the charity selection process on the Goodness Giveaway platform during the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void, as are entries that are illegible, garbled, incomplete, or contain errors. Normal time, toll, connection, and usage rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. All entries and data become the property of the Sponsor. No other entry method will be accepted; you must be present in a participating Prominent Homes Show Home.
1. Charity Selection: The first 450 participant donations will each result in a $10 donation to the eligible charity indicated. You agree that the Sponsor may, at any time, edit, modify, or remove the entry, in whole or in part, and may disqualify an entrant from the giveaway at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Prize and odds: 450 donations of $10 are available. The odds of your charity being selected depend on the number of entries.
For a charity nomination to be valid, all of the following must be completed:
1. Visit and be physically present in a participating Prominent Homes Show Home.
2. Scan the QR code in the Show Home and complete your charity selection on the Goodness Giveaway platform.
Each entrant is only eligible to submit one donation into the promotion during the Promotion Period.
Each entrant is only eligible to submit one charity nomination into the promotion during the Promotion Period.
Promotion Period: The promotion is open for three months, beginning on September 1, 2025 at 2:00 PM MDT and ending on November 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM MDT (the “Promotion Period”), after which time the promotion will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
After November 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM MDT, the Promotion may be extended or cancelled at the Sponsor’s discretion.
After all 450 prizes of $10 donations have been claimed, the Prize and odds may be increased, at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Eligible organizations: Only registered charities and nonprofits are eligible to receive funds. The organization must be a registered charity through the Canada Revenue Agency in Canada.
Donation amount and cap: $10 will be donated to the charity in the charity’s local currency (CAD) up to a maximum of $4,500 CAD.
Fees: Prominent Homes will be covering all costs and fees, so your charity will receive the full $10.
Disbursement timing: Goodness Giveaway operates on a monthly donation disbursement cycle. Donations will be processed and disbursed to your nominated charity on or around December 2025. Designation: Donations will not be subject to donor designation. This means the charity will be able to allocate the funds where it determines they’re needed most, and not to a specific project, event, or initiative.
Tax: Donations initiated to organizations through Prominent Homes’ Promotion will not be tax deductible or tax effective.
Release: By participating, entrant agrees to release the Sponsor, Goodness Giveaway and its affiliates and foundation partners, and its and their directors, officers, and employees from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Promotion.
